Searched all over the ArklaTex and we decided to stop and look here for a reclining sofa and loveseat. Boom went in and they had just what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. Salesman, Adam was so helpful and the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. Will tell all I know to check them out before looking anywhere else!

Mom was moving and needed a bedroom set for the move. Found one at Gateway Furniture with the help of Dairus (salesperson). I asked about best price, Vet discount, and Cash payments and was very pleased with the deal he came back with. I was grateful they were so very easy to work with. I coordinated for the delivery and they did a professional install and assembly for the products. When we moved Mom in, we quickly realized the bed was too high for her to get into, so I went back to Dairus and Adam about swapping the unused box spring for a low profile one in order to drop the mattress down to a height Mom could crawl into without risking a fall. Unfortunately, they had none in stock, but they did order me one, and when it came in, they called and I picked it up, (they offered to deliver). They were incredibly user friendly and customer satisfaction was high on their list. I was very pleased with their exceptional service, quality product, and flexibility which allowed us to get our Mom on a box springs and mattress that was safe for her. Thanks Gateway, you are AWESOME, and your customer service is the best I’ve seen in Texarkana!
