great shopping experience, i found what i needed and then some, sale and clearance prices are ranged from ridiculous to actually good deals. staff is very useful and polite. i don’t shop often for office supplies but i think i would come back if i had something specific in mind. they have a lot of choice for a (Texan) medium size store.

Beautiful Morning Queen and Kings this store has given me the worst experience this morning. Store manager Jennifer and printing Manager Dianah was so Unprofessional this morning. I’ve never received such a bad service. I get 2000 plus business cards when I shop with Staples and I was verbally abused and attached while trying to get understanding of what was going on with my business cards. I was trying to explain as they would not let me get a word out I’m sure when you do great customer service you do more listening than talking. Meanwhile they did no listening they did all the talking this all resulted in my order being canceled with out my consent because they let their emotions get in the way instead of handling the business as a professional on a business level. I have Managed 24+ people as a supervisor and I would have never talked to any one of my staff nor anyone no matter what the circumstances were like they did me. I promote for staples all the time I let my other business associates know their prices and what all they print out and how they can have it the next day and everything. I just couldn’t believe the service I received this morning. I will keep them in my prayers because that was something blown out of proportion. The staples on 6022 E.Sam Houston parkway north Houston tax 77049 Vanessa and Sean is currently taking care of my business cards with no problem at all money isn’t the issue I work for myself.
