Ok selection of clothing, always good sales and unfortunately bad management. Recently my wife and I had a bad experience (not the first) with one manager who refused to help with a simple request. We were trying to use our rewards but didn’t have the card at hand yet they were able to find the account in the system but refused to help. We asked the manager to make a call and figure out how we can use the rewards and we would pay the difference in card or cash but again she refused.As holder’s of the Banana Republic credit card we are disappointed of the service. Management needs to improve
