Really BAD service. The older lady at the self checkout area was COMPLAINING over and over when we asked for help. Yes. I get the fact that it’s self service. However, the employee should not complain just because we asked for a little help due to the machine charging us 5x more than the actual price. They really need better customer service especially at the self checkout. The customers are doing all the work and the employee is complaining… How ironic. I know it’s tough because we are all going through the pandemic. However, I really do not think that the employee should complain and humiliate customers in front of other people just because we asked for a little help. We just didn’t want pay 5x more than the actual price.
