I have been using JR since they were “Just Roses” and at they’re previous location – many, many years ago. They have always over delivered on customer service and quality. I just ordered an arrangement for the grand opening of my girlfriends new business as well as roses for Valentine’s Day this year. The roses lasted over a month and the arrangement was the nicest flowers I have ever seen. I am in the landscape business and I am around flowers all the time, so please believe me when I tell you – JR is the best in the business.

WOW talk about incredible service… I received an arrangement from my boyfriend, was not exactly to description – was missing my core favorite flowers and was the reason he ordered it. He was a little upset that I didn’t get what he paid for.HOWEVER! I received an additional arrangement today, with the flowers I love, and a heartfelt note from the florist apologizing that they didn’t have the right flowers the first time around. This was probably the best customer service experience I have encountered, and I couldn’t be more pleased with this florist. They truly care about their customers, and their product is breathtaking!
