I have been shopping at Chico’s for years and this store is horrible. I have been there twice and the associates are rude and have no clue about customer service. I have shopped Chico’s in Houston, DFW , and Austin and have never been treated this way. I had wanted to pick up some items in the store and order the rest online. One associate said it wouldn’t be a problem and they would honor the online discount but the associate that was helping me said I would have to order everything online. Very disappointed not to mention why one was willing to help while the other one wasn’t. Will never go back to this Chico’s.

I’ve shopped at a lot of Chico’s stores in different states, but I’ve had issues with rude staff on several occasions at the Waco store. The only reason I even went in was to return some jeans I bought online. The rep was very snarky, to the point of another rep stepping in to help me. I will never.ever go back in the Waco store.
