Never Ever EVER, order a pick up from this store. My pickup was supposed to be ready at 12pm do when I arrived at two to pick it up I thought it would be ready. I couldn’t check in on the app. So I called multiple times the actual store and the pickup line. Waited a very long time and no one answered the phone. I could see associates having a grand time meanwhile none of them would answer the phone. They also canceled one of my items.

This store is really good at working with vendors and suppliers about bringing in new items and having them on display. I usually travel from Rockwall location for this reason alone as they claimed not having floor space to dedicate for new and limited items. I especially like to walk the seasonal and promo aisles in addition to finding all my regular items. I WILL NEVER USE SELF CHECKOUT.

I went looking for a specific item, a suction mount table top hobby vise. None in crafts, none in hardware. Ended up going online to walmart.com. still an enjoyable experience, since I love window shopping and that is even better with no windows.
