Joni is literally one of the most helpful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! She listened to my needs and preferences and helped me find the perfect product, all the while keeping me very informed on every product I was shown. The delta 10 cart does so much for me including minimizing anxiety and pain, boosting my appetite, and aiding in sleep. This shop offered a huge variety of products and their staff is incredible. I drove all the way here from Wylie – a 25 minute drive – because their hours, listed clearly on their site – and their front door, said open 10-8 DAILY. I’m sitting here in front of their store right now – open sign is on – and the door is locked. Clearly NOT open. Good luck getting any future business from me, I’m furious I wasted an hour of my day off driving here for nothing.
