It is difficult to get anyone to help you in this store. You definitely have to seek someone out to be helped. Regretfully, I purchased a Stihl stick edger from the store. It has not run properly since I bought it. I have taken it back to the store to have it serviced. When it was returned to me the exact same problem persisted. They do not have parts for Stihl products out on the sales floor for some reason. So I had to first seek someone out to help me, he took about 5 or more minutes to look up a part number, disappeared for another 5 minutes, returned to the sales floor and disappeared again (seemingly without looking for me). When he returned he explained he did not have the air filter for my model of edger. I had several other items to purchase, but didn’t buy anything since the exact same thing occurred when I tried to get an air filter before. Poor service, Poor performing Stihl Products(this is not the Stihl your grandpa told you about; they’re products are poor quality), and an obvious problem with basic stocking of parts. Don’t waste your time.
