My old computer finally quit Sunday afternoon. I needed a new one right away and wasn’t planning to buy one at Office Depot in Tiger Town. After shopping around another store, I did wander into Office Depot feeling, and probably looking, a little overwhelmed by the enormity of such a complicated purchase. I was greeted right away by Mike. He made several diagnoses of my old computer and offered to have it checked out. I knew I needed a new one, and Mike led me to the computer display. Mike narrowed down my options to two models which he saw as meeting my needs, and he explained their differences in terms even I could understand. All along, Mike was friendly and patient. He made my decision on which to buy easy. I am writing now on my new computer, and I’m very happy with it. Thanks, Mike!

I went to Office Depot earlier this week and it was by far the WORST experience I have had in a while!! Yes, when I entered I was greeted by a young lady who was very nice. She led me to the printers where her manager Spencer I believe could further help me with my purchase. While speaking to him he had a very uninterested attitude as if he were tired as did not want to help me, when he was speaking he had a very drone and robotic tone as if he would rather be anywhere else rather than talking to me. When I finally was able to make a decision on the printer I wanted he simply just took my printer and without a word placed it behind the register leaving me confused wondering if I was supposed to wait in the long line with ONE cashier or follow him. After finally getting my printer I was finally able to leave this place with horrible customer service especially from a manager. I WILL NOT come back to this location, nor encourage others to.
