Please be aware there is an employee theft ring at this location. I tried to mail two samsung phones from this location to my nephews. The phones were stolen and sold on the street. I should have known better to wrap the phones first before mailing. I had an insurance policy and UPS had the nerve to cut me a check, which I have yet to receive, for 143.00. The policy was valued at 300.00. I was told that it’s being mailed to me so they say which makes no sense. It should have been over nighted for my inconvenience and experience. Its ups for goodness sakes. I’ve been on the phone for several hours being transferred to different department only to find out that my claim was incorrectly entered as damaged property when in fact my property were stolen. The store manager Holly was less than helpful and acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. She was initially rude to me when I returned to the store and acted like she didn’t want to tell the claims process (We will call you back). All this took place before thanksgiving and it’s now almost Christmas. My nephews will not have their gift on time and I have purchase the phones all over again. Please don’t not go to this store to mail they will steal your merchandise.
