I love McAlister’s. I was in town on business and staying at a nearby hotel. It was great to see McAlister’s was within walking distance. The restaurant was clean and orderly. The young lady at the register was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The food came out quickly and was fresh. Overall is good

This was the line I drove into to pick up my online order that was to be ready at 12:04. I watched customer after customer walk to the door to eat and the door was locked. Finally after almost an hour, I got to the window for my order that was sitting there. Cold and old. The girl at the window apologized. I could see on the window after I got closer it said inside CLOSED for remodeling. I felt sorry for her. There should be a better plan. If you take online orders and let people order through the window, people that ordered online are in the line while you are making food for the people that did not order online. This is not good for business.

I’ve always enjoyed eating at any McAlister’s Deli Restaurant. I love their salads, soups in a bread bowl, or sandwiches. I have often eaten a sandwich with a soup on the side. It’s a great place for people on a diet, but their prices are a little steep. We often do take out from McAlister’s. Very nice, i recommend this place!
