Worst pawn shop ever!! Single mom after work, I went into this place before it closed on 1-21-2021. Two microwaves were out, a man tested one for 30 seconds , I even called out that a new one was for 65.00 so i really hope it works. After I left the store they closed the bar thing outside. I felt like they were trying to close…long story short…it was a LEMON!! Burnt out in 5mins!!! Food wasnt even hot!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY HAD TO HAVE KNOWN AND MADE THE DEAL 30.00 WALK OUT (30 SECONDS USE) TO LOOK LIKE IT WAS A FAVOR/GOOD DEAL!! **Theres no refunds here, not even 24hours later!!!** You are flipping the dice!! Took it home, burnt out in less than 5mins! Do not come here for electrical things!!2nd time this has happened but thought bc its been ayear, it would be okay, its not!!! Buy new or shop at the pawn shop by Wendys or EZ pawn by Ross!! They are honest people there!! These people I even tried awhile ago to inform them and they didnt care!! Theres no corporate either to report selling lemon items…BBB NEXT!!

Been going here for some years now. If I’m ever in a bind and need to pawn something they always help me out. And if I ever need a extension they always give me plenty of time to pick up and sometimes with no extra cost. Just always stay in contact with them and there is no problem.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!Bought two tablets for my 2 younger boys birthdays age (3&4) they were $120 ea.Galaxy tab 4’S,…… within 3 DAYS OF birthday party before he even received it the tablet would not power on the battery was overheated and would get hot… I called several times was not able to ever get in contact with the manager or have the issue resolved , wouldn’t return my call and then told by an employee that I could bring it up there for them to just check it out to see what they can do for me.. this is at 4pm… was wanted to bring in that day which I would not able to make it there so then asking if the very next day would work the response was that it’s just been too late since I bought it. we were told that it was just too late since we had bought the item , regardless if we had contacted then within 2 days of the purchase… Before purchasing the items… the sales clerk made a comment that the tablets had been there a while quite a while and that he wanted to make sure they worked since they had been sitting there for so long… so I said what if I purchased this item and there’s an issue would I be able to return it or EXchange it or get my money back if there was a problem? he said yes that IF there is an issue no worries you can bring it back in. THAT’S NOT WHAT HAPPENED. SAID I WAS BASICALLY 120.00 OUT… I’ve heard several negative things about this plan shop always have but because they stayed openly it was convenient and I thought you know I’ve never had any issues so I was a regular customer and I had also put down money for xbox I spent a total of $400 in that store that day and that’s the customer service I get will not be back.
