The Melt Shop is so good!Sure I’m comparing it to other fast food places, but comparing the Melt Shop to McDonald’s or Burger King isn’t even fair.The Melt Shop was delicious, the food tasted fresh (again, compared to other fast food restaurants). Sure it’s a bit more expensive than the average fast food place (the sandwiches are $8-$10 on average), but it’s definitely worth it.

Terrible service! I was discriminated against. I myself a Latino went in and ordered something and was denied of it. I told my friend who is white and they had absolutely no problem giving her the exact same order. Ever since the original team/management left its has been nothing but bad service! Thank god shake shack has opened!

Can i say first the wings here are AMAZING ! The new district manager obviously DOESN’T know how to listen. I used to call Brian to start my order and he was always helpful and SUPER nice to have my order ready. I called today to find out he’s no longer here and I asked the new guy IF IT WAS FINE TO MAKE MY FOOD IN 10 mins gave a long story to than tell me but sure for this one time but order on the app for future. District manager? More like go learn some better communication skills than become the district manager. IF I HAD MORE OPTIONS IN FOOD COURT BEST BELIEVE I WOULD OF NEVER CAME BACK!
