Absolute worst store in Greenville. Old employees were rude. New employees are rude. Desire Williams, complete as utter nincompoop. Couldn’t pull up an account I’ve had for years. This woman rolls her eyes and says no every time you ask a question before you can even ask it.

My disabled husband and me went to this store to buy a filter for our pool on Sunday May 3 2020 . We were told by the owner that someone would contact us and would come by our house on Wednesday or Thursday May 6/7 2020 . To my GREAT SURPRISE NOBODY showed up or called ! Even attempts made to the corporate office has produced NOTHING!!! Apparently they are NOT interested which he should have said that on Sunday May 3 2020 when we were in the store . Not like it was a busy place that day we were the only ones there ! Most likely got one of those business loans so he doesn’t need customers right now ! Really AWFUL customer service! I will be calling the Rockwall Texas store since the Greenville Texas store couldn’t be bothered ………to at least call to say the were not interested in selling us a pool filter . Don’t waste your time at the Greenville Texas Leslie pool supplies they are doing just awesome without any new business SMDH lousy customer service! If this is how they treat disabled veterans I don’t want to do any kind of business with them.

Well Leslie’s Pool Supplies well they really care they’re very nice and respectable their customer service is off the chain I don’t know anything about much of anything about a pool and all the questions that I had and everything that I needed they were there for me the assisted me and everything that I need they were patient with a smile on their face they wanted to make sure I was happy when I left that store and I was I’m going to keep going back there getting my supplies when I can
