Man! There’s always something about JCPenney (and Kohl’s) that just makes me want to spend my entire paycheck at the store. This JCPenney is no different. Great selection of clothing and excellent layout. The decor always makes me happy. Added to this, there’s a new parking garage that was constructed right outside to help manage the parking so my trip today was pretty efficient.
