Great pricing for great brands of cars. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sales could have been more transparent on pricing at the beginning but it ended up working out. Ended up buying the car but had to ask them to fill it with gas when that should be standard given you are spending thousands of dollars. Additionally, the inner handle cover was missing and I expressed multiple times I want it replaced and was assure it would be no problem. Still don’t have the piece but they say they will ship it. Hard to get a hold of someone you are looking for if you call in. Had Jeff for a salesman who was nice, not pushy, and helpful. Seems like he can help me out with the missing piece. Answered any follow up questions after the sale. The dealership needs to show they care more about the customers buying their cars and do the “right” thing for them. If you’re looking for good pricing, this is the place. Customer satisfaction is not their biggest priority though.

12/23 I had to change my review. I got this letter dated final notice stating that my insurance policy was inadequate. The dealer set-up my insurance policy. Either he was unaware that the coverage was inadequate for the vehicle or it was done deliberately. This was the 2nd error made by the dealer.The first error was a mix-up in vehicles. I wanted a silver jeep Compass and drove off the lot with it. Two days later I notice one of my key fobs didn’t work. I went back to the dealership and it was discovered (after being there for 3 hours) that I was given the wrong vehicle. I agreed to swap vehicles and took the blue Jeep Compass because it was easier to swap than change everything. To compensate I was given a very basic oil change package and paint protection. Please see picture attached. You can clearly see the vin on the car doesn’t match the vin on my registration.Now onto the 2nd error. My insurance was originally quoted as $240/month. When I got my 1st bill it was actually $324 and now it will be higher. I stated that if the insurance was over $300 I did not want the vehicle and was assured that it wouldn’t be more than $240. Also, the letter states final notice when I never received any notice prior to this one. I love my jeep but I will never do business with Eastchester Chrysler. I’m very disappointed and annoyed. Now, instead of focusing on Xmas I have to scramble to change my insurance policy before my vehicle gets repossessed.
