So disappointed for this location. I wanted to buy a bicycle for my kid and did not work so I ask if it could be fixed before I check out , gentle man who help me was very helpful, but I ask if there were more in stock in the back they check and they had some so I ask to buy one from the back and to get it built and I could pick up next day. I was told by the lead team member that I couldn’t do that. That I had to go online buy it and then pick up at the store which makes no difference and I ask to speak to a manager and same excuse. I think they didn’t go beyond for that good customer service, upper management get this straightened out and maybe I will return to this location .

I drove almost two hours to buy $1400 gun safe which the web page said they had in stock. Once there the store was almost completely empty. No safe was available. Wasted my time. The web page should have stated store was relocating.
