Received excellent service from Sumirah!!! She worked with us to troubleshoot and solve our issues and got all of my phone apps and pictures moved to my new phone successfully. We took the good part of her afternoon and she was patient, knowledgeable and professional. We love our McKinney store. Have been coming here forever and always receive excellent care. Luis is wonderful, too! We love his personality and high customer service attitude!

I went to the store to upgrade to a new phone and had a great experience. Marco helped me and was really patient and answered all my questions. I could tell he was very well trained. He did his job extremely well. I highly recommend him and this store if you are wanting help with your cell phone, tablet, etc. I was able to get a great new phone pretty quickly. A manager had to help with transferring some information from my old phone to my new one and she also did a great job and was very patient. I highly recommend this store.
