Horrible customer service at this location! When I walked in the store the employees were standing around being social with each other. They didn’t greet or acknowledge the customers. They were also doing the same thing up at the cash wrap. More worried about flipping through the ad, instead of paying attention to the customer during the checkout process. Being in retail for many years, what I observed was not a good image for Ulta!

First time using Clay Mask, very happy with the results! Peach and Lily Pore Proof Perfecting Clay Mask leaves your skin feeling hydrated and soft! After the second day of use rinsing it off after 20 minutes my pores have definitely gotten smaller! Highly recommend!! Also store has great customer service, employees didnt hesitate to assist me in finding the Clay Mask of my choosing! Very attentive!!
