By far the best customer service I’ve ever received. You get greeted the moment you walk into the store and also checked in for quicker service. All the staff were busy with customers but the wait time was quick. Every single customer and staff had a smile on their face. This will be the only store I will visit from this point forward.

Usually receive good service at this store but today was pretty awful. I arrived at the store and was greeted. A young man took my name and signed me in, he told me it would be about a 10min wait. Immediately the young man left (I overheard that he went to lunch) which is ok. A few minutes later a customer walked in and was assisted by another employee. It appears that I was skipped. Two employees were assisting one customer, two other employees were assisting a customer each. After being skipped and not being acknowledged for over half hour I just decided to walk out. It would have been nice to have one of two employees who were helping the one customer assist me. Just didn’t care for the lack of acknowledgement and the long wait today. Usually they offer pretty good service, just not for me today.
