Wow! Where to start. I took a package there 20x12x6. I asked for the absolute cheapest way to ship my item (a small neon light), and the cheapest they quoted me was $110 to ship!!? My item shipped isn’t even as expensive as the shipping rate!! The lady who helped however was very nice. There was a older gentleman that would not stop staring at me and it was definitely getting under my skin. It was almost like his job to make sure I didn’t receive any reasonable price. Anyhow, I went back home and spoke to a vendor that ships me huge inventory boxes. So I called him up, explained how FedEx was giving me some unreasonable rate that I wouldn’t bend to.He recommended that I use a service called pirateship There are no fees to use thier service. I was able to ship my item for $19 dollars 2 day shipping instead of FedEx ground. FedEx is a freaking rip off that takes advantage of people who don’t ship much. Shame on y’all….

I had a bad experience for no reason she girl gave me attitude.I came to this location before I never had a bad experience until yesterday. The girl was rolling her eyes as she ask me a question.
