We came for our 1st round of the vaccine and it was seemless. For the 2nd round not so much. We had an appointment at 10 am and the line is just building up, but there’s no one here to administer the vaccine? The lady said they can’t get a hold of anyone to administrater the shot and they don’t know how long it will be. Horrible service as they keep checking people in and have no answers. Whats the point of having an appointment? How can u not have back up protocols? So ridiculous.

My visit yesterday for my Vaccination was administered by Erica. She was very gentle and kind she explained the process quickly and she was efficient. The pharmacy staffer was very disconnected from customer service! His answers to most of my questions were “yeah and what. Erica definitely deserves abonus for wearing the great customer service badge.

I don’t write reviews often but i got my covid vaccine here and it was quick and painless. The two ladies that helped me were both very sweet and understanding of my crippling anxieties with injections and helped me through it. I feel much braver and more prepared to return for my next one. Thank you :>
