Clothes selection and sizes are limited. Low quantity in stock for plus sizes. covid safety measures are in place, limited amount of customers allowed in store. Mask required, fitting rooms are open. tailor shop is available for all jeans regardless of brand, able to customize logos, decals, patches and press your jeans and denim. You can make an appointment in adavance for tailoring services but not recommend. Employees are able to be more one on one due to limited customers allowed.fast checkout and was able to get a discount at the register. So disappointed with my experience with this Levis. I ordered an embroidered jacket on 2/27 – the embroidery was supposed to be Texas bluebonnets and I figured a month would be enough time for them to do it. The reason I ordered the jacket is because I’m moving, and wanted a jacket to have a photo shoot with as a farewell to my time in Austin. Today is 4/6 and the jacket is still not done. The person who was supposed to do it, stopped replying to my messages and I eventually called to see what was going on. They decided they would refund me the money for the jacket, and when I went into the store to share my concerns, Jennifer (assistant manager) was condescending and did not address my concerns at all. She gave me my refund and had the gall to say “Safe travels!” in a rude tone as I was leaving the store. Had I known that the jacket was going to take over a month to make, I would have gone elsewhere to get it embroidered and I would have actually had it in time – and would have probably spent less money. Super disappointed and honestly appalled that Jennifer would have such little empathy and disregard for a customer. Also, Mimu, the person embroidering the jacket, should have set my expectations appropriately instead of just saying she would ship it and then stop communicating with me.
