It has been such a frustrating emotional experience with Conn’s Service Dept. Since January I have had a claim to repair the arm rest to my 3 piece living room sofa set. I have had horrible experiences with Technicians and not to mention the parts sent from the manufacture are cardboard pieces which in time i will continue to later on have issues again with my sofas. On January 25, 2019 I put a claim to have the arm rest of all three pieces of living room sofa set. All the arm rest collapsed in due to cardboard support on the arm rest. Manufactures parts were ordered and had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. Then the technician reschedule 3 times to come out to service and he only came to my town every two weeks. After the 3 attempt to come back out he was a no show no call. Service dept rescheduled with different contract technician and came out following day. As we pulled the replacement parts out of delivered boxes they were thin cardboard supports. I questioned as to if they would hold up support or if I was gonna have issues later in the future. Technician reassured me that he was gonna repair them to the best of his ability. Four hours later same day after technician completed the repair, arm rest collapsed in again. I immediately contacted service dept and was told i had to wait till technician sent his report. I was telling them that it did not get repaired correctly and submitted pictures the same day of service. Cause I refused to have technicians come back for more repairs my claimed was closed!!! I purchased full insurance for 100% coverage but since I did not follow cost sufficient protocol through service dept I am stuck and still paying with defected sofa set!! No one in the customer service nor Service Dept has been able to help me get this issue resolved!!! Leaving me with no other option to seek legal advice!!I urge customers who are not satisfied to please not give up!!! Its unfortunate that Corporate does not become aware of issues till served with legal documentation after he fact of the matter.
