Brian held it down as he was the best customer service rep I’ve dealt with in a while. We arrived here to get a sectional, almost gave up, and here comes Brian, with the funny jokes, the great conversation, and all of the great qualities a lead should have. Wow guys!!! y’all should come out and see their new and improved inner look they now have. And of course new staff. especially Mr David the store manager whom is very professional courteous to everybody. My wife did not feel pressured in any way and because of that she is almost buying half of the stores furniture which is costing me a lot but she’s worth it. So when y’all are ready to make any of these types of purchases come out to Big Lots and the City of good old Rowlett Texas and everybody in this store will take good care of you as they took care of me and my wife thank you #:)

That was the most well organized, pretty,well lit,everything looked in its place of any Big lots I have shopped in. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.Although it’s not the closest location to my neighborhood I will be a frequent customer there from here on.
