I have never met a more unprofessional staff in my life. The manager is the rudest man I’ve ever met. I was researching living room groups but have decided to go elsewhere because of how he conducted himself in the short time I was there. The way he talks down to the customers and staff is unbelievable. I cant believe you entrust this man to run a store for you.. I will NEVER rent from this store and will be telling everyone not to go to this store unless they enjoy being treated like garbage and like a 3rd class citizen.

If you don’t like being harassed 10 days after your first late payment in almost a year, this IS NOT the place for you. If you don’t like getting 4 phone calls a day, EVERY SINGLE DAY then this isn’t the place for you. If you enjoy hearing from family and friends about this company calling asking for help with a payment on your behalf, then this company IS for you.
