Just another company that up’s your bill over time and while offering lower rates for new customers. I asked why they penalize me for being a long term customer, was told “a lot of companies do that”. Didn’t make it right. I’ve had their service for about 3 years now, and have had to call out customer service 4-5 times for issues. I usually have to reset my router at least once a month to get my internet back working. Have spent hours on the phone with customer service, never a quick process

Awful customer service big lady didn’t know her name got an attitude with me after she told me to explain what we needed. If I could give no starts I would. Awful place would not recommend it. But I do recommend the service.
