We waited over 20 minutes for an 8 pc meal, nothing special ordered. Some of the food had obviously been sitting for a while. The chicken was ok, not what I remember Church’s being. I think maybe it wasn’t prepped correctly, not sure. The servers were polite. Biscuits were good.

Ordered through delivery and I’m very disappointed. All the chicken in the box was obviously just refried. Skin was soggy and rubber like. I hope yall get bankrupt soon because of rhe quality of product you give people for their hard earned money.

I don’t believe anyone understands the words customer service anymore. I don’t understand how you can tell a person that their order will be about 5minutes and act surprised when 20 minutes later that person comes looking for their food. And for this to be a repeat of the last time I was there, I simply will not be going back. I’m so over Church’s Chicken.
