First off the plant selection tends to be pretty good here. Also, if you don’t already know, they have a 1 year guarantee on all trees, shrubs, and perennials. This is super awesome for a beginner gardener like myself. I’ve already killed about 4 plants and the return process is so simple. Just keep the receipt and the original pot and they are so friendly to all of us plant-killers. It’s nice to know if you fail you can try again on another plant.

This Lowe’s definitely needs more personnel. Norma in customer service was the only person working today, apparently. There was a line of 4-5 people all the time I was there and they never sent in more help. I saw many employees walk in and out of that area, but no one helped. Norma, however, was still very friendly and helpful with everyone she helped. Thank you Norma! Thanks to you, this review is 3 stars and not 1.
