Review Summary

This pharmacy has some good staff and some rude staff. The actual pharmacist is very nice and pleasant when I have spoken to him. The other employees, not so much! Mention you have an Express Pass code and they look at you like you’re speaking a foreign language. Sometimes they even try to get me to pay for it again! It’s like they don’t know how to do their job. I use the Express system because it’s so much more convenient. I’m able to pay and verify all information prior to pickup. When it works it’s very convenient. When employees refuse to use the Express code I give them then it is very time consuming and not convenient.

Had to begin using Walgreens due to insurance changes and I’ve been very pleased!

1-Nice people but they appear to be understaffed so the service is extremely slow.2-Their system tends to lose prescriptions.3-Prices are high. For example, one of my prescriptions not covered by insurance was quoted at more than $800. I purchased it at another pharmacy for $69.I would not use this pharmacy if my medical insurance didn’t force me to use Walgreens.
