Great location within the mall. Staff was very friendly and the overall store very well kept and clean.The staff was very informative on current deals and big mark downs. This is a huge help when your trying to buy clothes for kids.Even with their air conditioning not working they were making it work with floor fans to keep air circulation moving.Would definitely stop by this location again next time we are in town.

If you live in the New York area in Albany (Crossgates mall) and you need to exchange some merchandise, you need to be careful with a dark-skinned girl who works in that town, today I was in that store and I treated myself as if it bothered her The fact that he was making the change, she began to argue with me and I reminded her that I was a client that that was not the way to approach and talk to me and told me that it did not matter, I told her to calm down and not continue talking to me, and left the store, when I finished and they changed my clothes that I was leaving, I meet her outside and laugh in my face, I was with my 8 month old baby, if I walked alone at that time it would be another story, it was The worst experience I had in a store and I am a regular customer. I was a regular customer because I won’t be back anymore !!!
