Did you know if you trade in a vehicle that still has GAP on it you should get the money back as soon as the vehicle loan is paid off? It’s been almost a year and I haven’t received a dime. They’re liars and crooks. They keep you in the dark for a quick buck.

I bought a car in April and I have called and left numerous (8-10) messages about getting my license plates and title with no response. If I do not receive a call by 6/10 I will be providing this to the Attorney General, maybe then someone will call me. Buyers beware once you provide a 47k check they do not have the common courtesy to return a phone call. Not to mention the vehicle is in the shop with $4,500 in repairs that should have been caught during the inspection process.
