Will not answer phone, return calls or respond to emails. Not sure how this store stays in business with zero communication. I needed a firearm transfer, thank goodness Gibsons will easily assist you and has no problem getting my business.

I was calling from out of state of TX. Was really friendly at first gave a lot of info about the ammo I wanted. Wanted me to give him my card info and he would do the transaction later since customers had walked in the store. I told him I didn’t want my card number just laying around and I would call back. Was informed if I didn’t give him my number at the time we spoke he would be getting busy later and not be able to talk. Tired to call him back several times and left a message for him to call me with no response. So I won’t be trying to get any ammo from him in the future.

Got a great price on an AR. Very friendly staff, Veteran owned so shopping there and supporting a fellow veteran is a plus for me. Small store so it doesn’t have the largest selection of guns but prices are decent and service is TOP NOTCH!. If they don’t have the firearm your looking for they can order the gun you want at a great competitive price! Thank you for the great price on that AR!
