Definitely different in both good and bad ways. Some things are over priced, which is expected of someone who tries to patronize a person his junior. Also a fire hazard and not shopper friendly – especially the sliding door that goes to the back part; it needs some TLC if it’s going to be used. Not recommended for children or older/elderly, especially with canes or walkers, or anyone even a little unsteady as there are tripping hazards with no signage or alerts on the floor.Update – I’m Really sorry you feel the need to go there when you have other major problems. Being vintage has little to do on the abuse that dress as seen and the shape it’s in. You leaving it haphazardly hanging like that is only going to further damage the garment. If you REALLY cared, it would be hung correctly to save it from further demise. That being said, I’m one of the few people who will Ever walk into your shop, look at something, and wonder if I can remake it into something else. It’s a dying art. Your clientele is more I’d rather just buy it new than fix the old or why bother remaking something when I don’t have the time, patience, or know-how. But go ahead and focus on the superficial problems. Who would buy that dress for the material alone besides someone like me? I know the value of the work, but again, the abuse and neglect is utterly disrespectful and heart breaking, even more so with it just hanging there like that, furthering the damage. The fact that you focus more on the dress than the other issues pointed out is also alarming.Oh, and this might upset you more, but I’m a Chick-fil-A kinda gal. Popeyes never really impressed me; I’ve eaten there maybe twice? Boyfriend wanted fried chicken and that was the closest place. The other time was when I was in college and needed something quick to eat while on campus.I’m a rural citizen of Texas; I need to protect my property from destruction of wild hogs. I also hunt occasionally, which probably repulses you even more. So you trying to shame me for going to gun shops is quite laughable, but then again, you are from Austin and don’t quite understand the dynamics of rural life nor do you care to.So if you’re going to Try and insult me, at least use your brain and have a point rather than your ego. Again, you’ve got bigger problems than the dress; Bless Your Heart! Thanks!
