Frank Evans! I will definitely remember his name. I called in attempt to return my furniture due to the sol reason of trying to cut down bills even though I only had 7 payments left.. I moved to OH from TX a few month ago and have been struggling amid Covid, my new son, transitioning from army to civilian among other things. Frank worked with me and managed to cut my payment in half so I wouldn’t have to give up all the money I’ve put into this beautiful set. Thank you so much Frank! You’re truly a blessing and have made my day.

When we was at the store we had asked if the stuff was going to be new or used the lady told us new but when the delivery arrived and started unloading the truck it look like they picked up garbage off the side of the road and brought it to our house. While the movers were bringing in the furniture they were banging and scraping against the walls and door frames now we have to make repairs to the house or lose our deposit on the house. The only thing I was really satisfied with was a mattress and box spring it was the only thing that seems to be new. One of the drawers on the dresser was severely broken the movie called the store and they said to bring it back they will repair it but it was beyond repair. There there was scratches and scrapes and chips of wood missing from the furniture but some of it was already on the furniture before they even brought it in the house. I am very unsatisfied with the purchase we should have just went to Ashley’s.
