I came into the shop to look at options for PH testing, unfortunately I was unable to find a test kit that had the range I was looking for. However, the rating and review is not based upon not having what I was looking for specifically. The reason for this rating and review is because of the fact that the employee (Mack) wanted to argue with me on which way the PH scale refers to acids and alkalines. Mack took the time out of his day to make an argument that the higher the number on the PH scale, the more acidic the substance is, and that alkaline is acidic. Obviously he has never taken the time to actually look at one of the many specimens of PH scales available for observation on the internet or anywhere for that matter. Mack is telling people that their 7 or higher ph water is acidic, which in reality is the opposite, it is alkaline. So for the reason of the terrible customer service Mack is providing, along with giving false information to customers in the guise of facts, I must recommend that customers looking for good information go to any other pool and service shop in town.
