I had an amazing experience with Dugan’s Body Shop!!! The guys were friendly and very professional. I dropped off my car in the morning and I was able to pick it up that same afternoon before they closed. I could not be more impressed with the work done. They not only fixed my car, but they offered to give it a great cleaning! The whole experience was a smooth transition and I couldn’t be more thankful. You will be highly recommended. I wish I could leave a solid review on this page, however, that is not the case. Dugans has the potential to be a solid business, but dropped the ball several times with my vehicle and has caused several issues on my end.Dugans had my truck for over a month, which would not have been an issue had they simply communicated the correct turnaround time to me. In fact, the shop did the opposite. They gave me inaccurate completion dates more than once which led me to plan for pick-up multiple times only to find out my truck was incomplete. I live in a town several hours away and chose Dugans specifically due to their solid reviews and customer service I experienced before I left me vehicle with them. Currently, I am still working with the shop to resolve a few remaining issues. They are extremely nice to deal with and have been nothing but polite. Hopefully they will do the right thing and I can update this review stating the they acted with integrity and worked to correct the wrongs and inconveniences caused to me.It is important to understand that I do not leave poor reviews and I feel a bit like a soiled brat doing so. I understand things happen in business and that is a part of it. However, this is a bit more frustrating as there have been several points throughout this experience where the shop could have redeemed themselves. Lets hope for the best.
