I’ve been doing things I normally do not do because of my husband’s stroke in January. He asked me to take a blown tire and rim; and have them replace it with a new tire, that I also brought. It’s a very busy place; but even so, very quickly I was asked what I needed. They pulled both the old tire and new tire out of the car for me. They finished the tire that same day. They were quick, efficient and extremely polite. Which is a very hard thing to find nowadays.

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE THAN TEXAS TIRES!!!! Would give zero stars if I could. My father and I went in to Texas Tires at 5pm asking if we could get our tires replaced. Blake, the man working the front desk, said “yes.” Since my father and I believed we could get my tires replaced we decided to sit outside. HOWEVER, Blake completely forgot about us coming in and let my father and I sit outside for around an hour. After my dad went inside to ask if we could get the tires replaced Blake replied with a “no.” Which prompted my father to ask, “Then why did you let my daughter and I sit outside for an hour if you can’t fix it today? I wouldn’t be upset if you told us upfront that you and your workers were too busy to fix it today.” After my father said that, Blake began to curse out my father while demanding that he WILL NOT be paying his men overtime, and that because WE left the keys in the car he forgot to change our tires. Texas Tires will never receive money from me and my family ever again (Blake was VERY happy about this fact). To provide clarification, my father never cursed at Blake, nor was he disrespectful towards Blake. IF YOU WANT YOUR TIRES REPLACED, go to Ernie’s Tire and Automotive, LLC, you’ll actually be treated with respect and the employees are EXTREMELY respectful.
