Absolutely horrible place to do business with. Originally bought a dining room set back in June. Dining table was delivered defective with scratches along inside of table. Fast forward 6 months and 2 more attempted deliveries from new batches of new tables all with the same defective ugly paint scratches. Everyone at the Humble store is useless the manager Pete and everyone on the customer service has nothing but broken promises. and just gives us the run around every time we request a refund because clearly Exclusive Furniture can not deliver on the promise of a new damage free product But the costumer is expected to pay the full price ($2500+$500 insurance) for a defective damaged product. Not only do they not care they request us to drive to the Missouri City Warehouse to inspect the tables our selves but (aren’t all products supposed to be new and damages free?) Take your money else where to a business who actually cares about the customer. Still to this day we have no refund or a damage free table.,
