Better off taking your business to Best Buy for all major appliances. I bought my W/D almost 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t been delivered. There’s been 4 failed attempts in which Ive asked off of work to be home for the delivery. They switch your delivery dates and reschedule you without giving you ANY kind of notice. The communication here is horrible and the manager wasn’t any help and really didn’t seem to care. Avoid this place if at all possible.

Yasim sold me a USED and DAMAGED dining room table for the cost of 1200! They delivered this yesterday while I was at work and my husband received the delivery. As soon as I got home and saw this I began calling and leaving voicemails because they do not answer their phone and they do not return phone calls. Please, please, please shop carefully with this location. They misrepresent themselves and the product they sell. I will be going in person to speak with a store manager tomorrow and if they do not make this purchase right then I will be pursuing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
