Not pleasant called in about my order was placed on hold five times, seemed like no one knew anything and then was told that a supervisor will give me a call back it’s been two days and I am still waiting on that call back! Called the store today and was placed on hold for 20min.

Chastity Colon is an amazing staples employee. I arrived at 10:00 am to make a booklet for my cousin who passed away. She helped me create the book, every single page. She worked passed her shift until the job was completed. The next day her co-workers didn’t complete the book correctly, so she was there early in the morning to re print the book. I have never seen someone so patient and determined to help. She is an exemplary employee. She has made a tragic moment beautiful and special for my family and I. If you ever need help please ask for her she is passionate about her work.
