… . They were slow, but the order taker was as sweet as can be. Their board of health score was 88…it should be in the high 90’s. Would recommend this store to anyone.

Extremely kind and understanding staff!! Right after ordering at the drive through, our car battery died and we had to park it in the nearest spot. The nice man working at the drive through that night was okay with us walking up to the window to get our food and when I asked him if we could leave the car there overnight since it wouldn’t jump start, he said it would be no issue. I’m extremely appreciative that they let us keep the car parked here overnight and while we worked on it the next day! By far the best Arby’s in Tuscaloosa!

Food is great. Only down side was no employee was properly wearing their mask—were wearing them under their nose and barely over their mouth. No clean tables. We had to use napkins and hand sanitizer to wipe a table down. And lady at the counter was more focused on her phone than serving guest.Plus side was that the food was hot and fresh, and dining room was open for sit in dining.
