Deeply unsafe environment. Store manager removed his mask several times to speak, which rather defeats the purpose. He also touched his uncovered nose with his uncovered hand then proceeded to resume touching other things. Images attached.The sign at the door says guests must wear masks, but given that the management doesn’t abide, they of course do not enforce this. Two of the five people who were there while I was didn’t wear masks and were not stopped.Finally, due to difficulty with the system, I was there for a long time in a very small space (the store is not large) with clearly unsafe conditions. Nothing T-mobile offers can be worth this.

Store staff is Amazing with a capital G!!! Best service we have received in a long time! Clean and spacious store!! Q worked with us a little over an hour helping us with all of our difficult Sprint and T-Mobile issues!!! Derry the store manager was excellent!! That man has a lot of energy and kept us smiling and content the entirtey of our experience!!! If your looking for great customer service in a friendly and safe environment, this is the store to go to!!!If you see any negative reviews, don’t let it stop you!!! This is the place to shop
