Thank you so much to Shannon and Elisa for helping with my refund of the lawnmower I bought and then returned. They displayed exemplary customer service including great communication, great investigation skills, and just plain being nice. They definitely both need a raise. Thank you.

Great store, average customer service and experience. Go here for Ryobi tools and that’s about it. Lowe’s outperforms when it comes to customer service.

They can’t hire enough folks that know anything. It seems like most of the people who work there have never gotten their hands dirty, and they don’t know the product they are selling. Lots of the time you ask for help, they read the box; if there isn’t a box they tell you what they think, but it is often wrong upon later research. Used to be my first choice because they had knowledgeable employees. Now it’s a toss up between Home Depot and the blue place.
