Some of the employees need to be more helpful and explain things better. They just nod and don’t take the time to do some research or explain certain situations better. Doing it right the first time will avoid upset customers and avoid a headache for everyone in the end. 🙂

Not a good experience today, one rep for approximately 20 to 25 mins, I wasn’t greeted when I walked in nor given the courtesy to explain the wait. The other rep who returned was ok, but the perception was already done. 3 stars due to this store being convenient.
