Took two pair of sneakers in on April 26, ready for pick up on May 29. Over a month and my sneakers were still not ready. Made me wait an additional 3 days after having them for over a month. Did not receive compensation for their mistake or even a phone call in advance to let me know that they were not going to be ready by the due date.The quality of their work is not good at all. Took my Jordan 9s to get a scratch fixed and it looks like they were just painted over. Do not recommend. Look for other options before choosing this location.

I needed a place to deep cleanse my extremely worn sneakers and quickly, and they blew my exceptions out of the water! Everyone in the shop was extremely chill and really made sure my shoes were taken cared of and they were able to accommodate my ASAP timeline!The prices are extremely reasonable, and the direct to door delivery was solid gold! I was so amazed by the customer service from start to end, that now all my sneakers will go there when they are in a desperate need of a deep clean.Highly recommend these guys for all your sneaker cleaning needs!
