Critical: Punctuality Walked in asked how long to get oil change, didn’t seem very busy and a bay was open. “30 to get you in maybe 1:15 or 1:30”. Okay I said. I moved my other appointment by 1 hour and sat here watching slow workers. 1:30 and truck is t back yet. Got keys. Left. Won’t be back. This is the second time I’ve had issues with their service.
