Called Mattress Firm looking for a twin low profile box spring. Spoke with associate Patty who told me they had a display model I could come and try but it would be tomorrow before I could get it. She then told me the warehouse had it in stock and helped me with the purchase and helped with me being able to get it today. Patty was very helpful and made my experience a real pleasure.
