I ordered a whole chicken frontega. They were out of focattio bread. They put on plain white bread. The sandwich was not worth $9.79 and I do not think it was a whole!. There was something inside that looked like chicken but was hard and rubbery. Threw it out!! I ordered a chocolate croissant. They came to car and said they were out. I waited almost 10 minutes for a refund!! I won’t be going back!!

Absolutely love this franchise but when I ask if a sandwich can be made a certain was and told yes, I expect it to be made that way OR communicate with me. Ordered egg white breakfast and asked if I could get it with ham. Was told quickly yes. It had no ham. Manager asks what do you want me to do about it? Well, if you have to ask that, you don’t need to be a manager… first off, answer corectly and make it as promised. Second, don’t make excuses without replacing for something else. Very disappointed. Too many breakfast option places to deal with disinterested management.
